School = South Wigston High school

Objective = Ks 2 & Ks 3 years 6,8,9 were asked to create a scene using Zulu Warriors to embrace the theatre show called Mighty Zulu Nation

Conclusion = 90 pupils during the day created a huge scene of a Zulu Warrior Scene which was inspired using a technique which Nicholas Nana Yaw Kowalski’s created called ‘Women.’ This art piece was also animated & filmed during the making of this bespoke art piece using recycled tape.

School = Croxton Kerrial Primary School

Objective = Create a picture for the National Portrait Gallery to celebrate the famous painting created by Renoir ‘Umbrella’

Conclusion = Ks 2 pupils learnt how to replicate this famous painting using photomontage, teaching staff also gained valuable CPD as this was only created in a morning session with Dean & you will see the finished image was finished by the school.
